๐ Position Summary:
ACI Health is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our exceptional care team. In this full-time role, youโll play a vital part in providing direct patient care, coordinating treatment plans, and supervising other healthcare team members such as CNAs and LPNs โ all while ensuring the highest standards of care.
๐ Key Responsibilities:

๐ฉน Implement and deliver nursing care based on assessments and individualized care plans

๐ฉโโ๏ธ Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team

๐ Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately

๐จโโ๏ธ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on patient care strategies

๐งโโ๏ธ Supervise CNAs and LPNs to ensure adherence to standards of care

๐ Educate patients and families on health conditions, medications, and post-discharge instructions

๐ Maintain timely and accurate patient documentation

โ Comply with all hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory requirements
๐ง Qualifications:

๐ Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kansas

โค๏ธ Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

๐งฉ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
