🗓 Contract Dates: May 30 – August 27
🌙 Shift: 3 Nights | 12-Hour Shifts

ACI Health is seeking confident, skilled, and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) ready to deliver top-quality patient care in a fast-paced, high-acuity Emergency Department setting.

✅ Qualifications:

• 📄 Current New York State LPN License

• ❤️ BLS Certification

• 💉 Valid CPR (or eligible for renewal)

• ⏳ Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (inpatient preferred)

• 🚨 Emergency Department experience required

• 💪 Strong IV placement & phlebotomy skills

• 🗣 Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• 📆 Willing to work every other weekend & select holidays

🩺 Key Responsibilities:

• ✅ Deliver direct patient care in a high-acuity ED

• 👋 Greet and prepare patients for exams

• 💉 Assist with injections, procedures, and take vital signs

• 🗂 Perform office duties (scheduling, filing, charting)

• 📞 Obtain authorizations for imaging, therapies, and procedures

• 🧑‍⚕️ Communicate with providers and specialists effectively

• 🧼 Maintain clean, organized exam rooms

• 💻 Use EMR systems efficiently

• 📋 Follow care plans under RN direction

• 👀 Observe & report patient responses to treatment

• 🔄 Contribute to unit operations and patient flow

• 🔐 Maintain patient privacy in accordance with HIPAA

💼 Job Type:

Full-time | 36 hours/week
💵 Pay: $42.00/hour
