Registered Nurse - Emergency Department (Night Shift) $2,340 per week for 36 guaranteed hours

Are you an experienced Emergency Department RN seeking a rewarding short-term opportunity in Massachusetts? Join the team at our client in South Weymouth for a 13-week night shift contract in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Job Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience is required.
License: An active MA RN license is required at submission (must be current through assignment or provide proof of renewal).
Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS (all required).
COVID-19 Vaccination: Required.
Schedule & Pay Structure:
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (12-hour shifts)
Overtime:
Daily OT after 24 hours (based on multiplier).
Weekly OT after 40 hours (based on multiplier).
On-Call: Not required.
Start Date: March 03, 2025
End Date: May 31, 2025
Additional Information:
Deferred Schedule: No pre-set schedule is provided. If you and our client agree, you may have the opportunity to extend your contract.
Call-Out Policy: If a contract nurse calls out for a non-emergency shift, they must make up the shift to fulfill their weekly guaranteed hours. Repeated call-outs or abuse of the attendance policy may result in contract termination.

Nurses often work long shifts and must have the physical ability to stand for long periods of time, transport patients by pushing or pulling gurneys and wheelchairs, and lift patients as needed. In addition to these general skills, a Nurse could be expected by potential employers to possess the following skills. Eye hand coordination skills and ability to manipulate objects.
