ACI Federal is seeking a dedicated and skilled Anesthesiologist to join our team, providing comprehensive anesthesia care in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This position offers a full-time schedule with on-call responsibilities and the opportunity to work across a wide range of surgical specialties in a modern operating room facility.
Schedule
- Full-time: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-call requirement: 4 days per month, including 1 weekend
Operating Room Details
- 12 operating rooms managing 20–30 cases daily.
- Surgical specialties include vascular, urology, orthopedics, ENT, gastrointestinal, head and neck, and more.
- No trauma surgical services.
- Procedures include:
- Coronary artery grafting
- Valve replacements
- Cardiac tamponade management
- Open-heart surgeries
- Aneurysm and Bentall repairs
Key Responsibilities
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and manage anesthetic care throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Conduct pre-operative evaluations and ensure patients are appropriately prepared for surgery.
- Apply advanced knowledge to manage complex cases, including cardiac and vascular procedures.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with facility protocols and regulatory standards.
Position Requirements
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Completion of an accredited residency in Anesthesiology.
- Possess an active medical license in any U.S. state.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Valid DEA registration.
